Our gym parties include gymnastic fun with supervision and clean up. All you do is send out invitations, bring refreshments, presents, and anything else you and your child/children need to have a great time!
How to schedule your party
You may schedule your child's birthday party through The Cheer Zone during business hours, by e-mail, or by filling out the online form below.
Party dates will be on first come, first reserved basis.
- First, decide on what date you would like to have your party and keep in mind an alternate date in case your first choice is booked.
- Next, completely fill out the "online reservation form" below or visit us during regular business hours to receive a hard copy of the "reservation form". You can also download our "Party Packet" below from our website and turn it in to our facility at 1307 North Royal Ave. Evansville,IN 47715.
- Then turn it in along with a $50.00 non- refundable deposit.
The deposit must be paid to book your party date. Gratuities not included.
