I consent to my child’s/children participation in activities at The Cheer Zone. I understand the risks involved and agree to release, indemnify and hold The Cheer Zone and its staff and volunteers harmless from and against any claim, demand, or cause of action which my child/children or any other related person may have by reason of any loss, injury, or damage to their person or property while participating in such activities or in any other respect while on The Cheer Zone premises.
